Here's one member who is pleased with the switch.
I did want to echo comments on adding Talk of the Nation. I know everyone has their "pet" program they want to be added to the lineup. But I do think Talk of the Nation is very compelling radio, engages listeners in varied subjects, and brings in an interesting assortment of experts and commentators. I think it would also bring in new listeners (they ought to hire me to do their publicity, no?).
My other pet request is providing listeners an opportunity to hear Fresh Air in an evening slot. I've know a couple of stations that run it in the morning and evening slots. Definitely understand the limited real estate, and potential costs for doing that.
