YMCA Offers Women-Only Swim Hours For Muslim Women

I'm not a member of that particular Y but customarily Saturday afternoon is a busy time for the YMCA. The idea that it's closed on Saturday to accomodate foreigners who don't want to practice our customs seems odd at best. Maybe it would be better if they patronized the Young Women's Muslim Association instead of the YMCA.

Arizona Lawmakers Consider Funding Armed, Volunteer Militia

AZ wants a militia . . . I seem to remember something about a well-regulated militia in the constitution, so . . . what's the problem?

I don't think AZ is a cesspool. Maybe this is what Arizona citizens think is best for their state. A nice thing about having 50 states is, if you don't like it, you can live someplace else. So relax and live someplace else.

Roundtable: Troubles For Pension Reform, Food Stamps, Homeless Students

This makes for a nice story for "food stamp advocates" but don't forget not everyone is a food stamp advocate. When aid is supplied by government programs, citizens are required to pay for it whether they want to or not. It might be better if this were handled by the Church instead of the government.

Campaign To Repeal California DREAM Act Begins

Simple solution. Let all who think it's ok to enter the US illegally and stay here sign up as donors. Each year the amount spent on in-state tutition for illegal aliens is added up and split amongst the donors. Everybody happy!

Tijuana And San Diego A Hub For Popular Mixed Martial Arts

Another vice imported from Mexico. This should never have been legalized. KBPS shouldn't be encouraging this kind of thing.

L.A. Sheriff Reaches Out To Muslims As Feds Increase Surveillance

Law enforcement's top management supports terrorist groups like CAIR? Unfortunate for the citizens of L.A. Time for a change in leadership.

Trapped On A Terror-Watch List

I'm also on the list. I was born in the U.S. of Irish descent. When I show my passport at the airport they say "oh, there's a problem" and go into some back room with it, sometimes for hours. They won't say why.

I have never said anything about it since I understand security has to be tougher since the Muslim attacks. But it's frankly annoying to have this guy from Afghanistan complaining about security. Everybody (not just Muslims) puts up with a lot of inconvenience to say nothing of the expense of the TSA. How come the people who caused the problem in the first place are doing all the complaining?

As for being "trapped" on a terror watch list - what about the people who were "trapped" on the hundredth floor of the World Trade Center and had to jump? They're not complaining a loudly as Mr. Azizi.

Local Muslim Group Decries Lawmaker's Remarks

Today 5 Israelis including a baby and 2 children aged 3 and 11 were stabbed to death by a Palestinian Muslim. Muslims in Egypt freed from Hosny Murbarak are busy slaughtering Christians. Muslim Somali pirates who murdered 4 US citizens on their yacht are on trial in Norfolk Virginia.

That's the Daily Muslim Death Toll for Friday, March 11.

To those who call the Senate investigation a "witch hunt" remember 2 words that "go together" - Crime and Punishment. First comes the investigation. Then punishment.
