The liquid I get for my e cig has a child proof cap and if you keep it out of reach of children and pets you shouldn't have a problem. Why don't we ban cough medicine small children an animals could get into that and get sick? It's the user's responsibility to keep it in a safe spot not the company's. With the logic that it's the company who has to make it safe instead of the consumer's to put it in a safe place, we should ban knives, alcohol, normal cigarettes, dip, any medicine weather it has a child proof cap or not, lighters, and batteries.
