Comparing Farmed-Raised Fish To Wild-Caught

I work for Salmon of the Americas (SOTA) representing members that produce farmed salmon from Chile whose fishmeal mainly consists of vegetarian and marine proteins and lipids with zero use of mammal proteins or byproducts. Our association is compelled to assure the public that consuming farmed salmon from Chile is safe, nutritious and poses no risk for Mad Cow Disease.

What's In Your Salmon?

i think it is important that viewers understand that more fat does not necessarily mean bad fat. the american heart association focuses on this very topic and harvard conducted a study http://www.hsph.harvard.edu/nutrition.... additionally the higher the omega 3 content the better for our heart according to scientists. viewers should always consider the overall benefits of consuming heart healthy fish like farmed salmon.
