Teen Review: 'Sucker Punch'

After reading this review, I would go out and see the film so that I could compare my critique to Lidia's critique. The review is very good and detailed. I like how there it gives good and bad feedback from the film and shows both sides. Many teens who have seen this have liked it but the adults say that it is not all that great. Since the review has feedback from both sides i would want to go out and see which category i fit in, in terms of my opinion on the film. Also, Lidia made me want to go to see the costumes and check out the music throught the film. I wouldn't go see the film thinking it should be amazing after this review, however, I would go and pay attention to the little things such as the music, costume and characters.

Rants and Raves: Films to be Thankful For

I am thankful for the films that people my age can relate to such as, The Graduate. I love Ben is so confused about what he will do next especially since graduation is such an important part of life. I still do not know what I want to do next. Also, movies that keep coming around more modernized like Set It off and then Takers(2010). I am thankful for all the films that have kept me up all night because I was afraid to sleep like the film It. I love the whole seris of Saw because it actually made me think and feel for the characters. There are many other films that I am thankful for but these are some of the main ones.

Teen Review: 'It's Kind of a Funny Story'

This review on 'It's Kind of a Funny Story' covers all of the questions that i would have if i had never seen the film. Jesus Gomez did a good job at going over the topic and getting straight to the point. This review introduces the plot and the conflicts of the film right away. Although it is very covers many points, it does not give away too much. This review makes me want to go out and see the film so that I can form an opinion and compare it to Jesus' review. Not only did Jesus talk about the film, he provided information about a young man whos story relates to the film. That was important because it helped to show people how the movie can actually relate to people especially teenagers. Overall, I think that the review was well put together.
