I remember vividly the film LIKE WATER FOR CHOCOLATE.. with the great recipes, the saga of a traditional Mexican family and its matriarch mother. The scene where the main character prepares QUAIL IN ROSE SAUCE and where her brother in law (who married her sister just to be close to her) eats the amazing dish!!! That is a scene to remember!! Great Program Today!!
