Using Spring Produce To Cook Delicious Vegetarian Dishes

I am a vegetarian. Have been one all my life. The food I eat that are rich in protein are
- Cottage cheese
- Egg whites and all recipes made from it.
- Lentils
- Beans - of all kinds - lima beans, pinto, black beans, garbanzo
- Buttermilk (low fat)
- Soy milk
When in a pinch, I have
- Protein shakes/protein bars
Other fast food places in town are

b> Surati Farsan Mart - Mira Mesa
c> www.myannapurna.com - Mira Mesa
All these are Indian restaurants.
