The only conservative county in California is San Diego, and that is hit and miss. There are way to many liberals and progressives who do not think America is a great country and want to make it change to a welfare country. That is great for the country's with small populations, but would be hard to sustain welfare for 350 million people. We do not have the resources to support such a progressive plan.
