Proposed Bond Could Fund $120 Million In San Diego Infrastructure Projects

the City also continues to break the law by doing business w/ shell corporations aka Delaware llcs. This is against our Constitution. we need to file a lawsuit to force them to enforce this. I guarantee people like Todd Gloria and Toni Atkins are all beneficial investors in projects like NTC which Atkins gave away to McMillin for $1 per year. These people are CRIMINALS. wake up SD. Stop letting these people break the law. They all belong in prison.

Proposed Bond Could Fund $120 Million In San Diego Infrastructure Projects

there is also 700 million dollars in CIVIC SD previously CCDC that they quietly socked away which can and should be moved to the general fund to pay for infrastructure. The money is there and belongs to "us" but people like Todd Gloria are hording it for developers. People are letting this criminal cartel walk all over them. They need to demand what belongs to them.

We need to start filing lawsuits. The City continues to break the law. Yes they want to sell bonds to pay for basic things because they keep giving all our money away to developers.

Filner Recall Organizers Pallamary, Corbin Will Combine Efforts

January 7th 2013:

The domain name recallfilner.com was registered by the same company 2013-01-07 13:13:42 to keep the owners information private.

So was the domain name recallbobfilner.com and recallmayorfilner.com.

Filner Recall Organizers Pallamary, Corbin Will Combine Efforts

Looks like the plan to recall Filner began the minute he took office. At least 3 recall Filner domain names were registered Jan 7th, 4 days after he took office.

8th Woman Accuses Filner Of Unwanted Sexual Advances

And look at the timeline
The Mayor, by statute, can't be recalled before 6 months has passed in his/her term. Six months would equate to June 3, 2013.

So it's very interesting that Goldsmith was planning for a "June" recall before any scandal emerged.

Interesting that Donna Frye began threatening him with recall immediately after the deadline of 6 months.

It was a few weeks later they got news of the advantageous controversy about the June 21-26 Paris trip. And they held their press conference July 10th shortly after to demand resignation.

The Voice of San Diego published two articles on the City's recall process April 22 and May 6, which seems a bit odd and presumptuous on their part by author Zachary Warma the VOSD's "Events and Community Manager". Warma worked on Filner's mayoral primary campaign, and would have known Donna and others from that.

8th Woman Accuses Filner Of Unwanted Sexual Advances

None of the other claims fall w/in the statute of limitations even if they can make some argument about being "clients" or "customers"....These women for all their outrage never filed a claim, never called the cops etc. So lets put this in perspective. we have one claim. Also notice the pattern of the Port Authority...why do so many of the women have connections to the Port Authority? One has to wonder.

Take a closer look at the accusers. there is nothing there. One claim filed and its all heresay and they are going to want to know why irene never tried any administrative remedies to deal w/ the situation. The other cases are not cases. Finks statute of lim is long passed NTM its a very minor claim. No one else actually worked for him so it cant be sexual harassment. Its just flirtation which is not illegal.

Take a close look at the guy financing this recall effort,. Its chilling. He is a total developer kingpin who wants to destroy our coastline.

Michael J. Pallamary is a Professional Land Surveyor. He is an expert in land planning, and land use consultation among other things, all things that would suggest this move is a coup by the developers that have run San Diego for decades.

Pallamary founded the Land Surveyors Advisory Council on Technical Standards (LSACTS), and he owned and operated Precision Survey & Mapping from 1983 to 1999. He currently is the owner and President of Land Survey Service of La Jolla since 1983 and is "recognized as the preeminent authority on the redevelopment of property in La Jolla and San Diego's coastal regions" per his website. And that may be the key.

1:Irene McCormack Jackson

Vice President of External Relations for the San Diego Unified Port District and worked for the Port Authority for 9 years. The Port has been a bastion of corrupt GOP political maneuvering for decades.

She started working at the Port District in November 2003 and held roles like Director and Assistant Vice President.

Prior to working for the Port District, McCormack spent 25 years as a journalist, working as a newsroom manager, reporter and assistant metro editor for The San Diego Union-Tribune. Her specialty according to her zoominfo profile was government, politics and public safety.

Here is a very telling excerpt from a State of California Lands Commission where the Port is applying for a development permit.

ACTING COMMISSIONER GORDON: Yeah. So am I to understand that you did not request the waiver, that the Coastal Commission granted it on their own behest?

MS. McCORMACK: Yes. We went and we were going to -- we filed a coastal development permit and they said it was a waiver.

MR. BRIGGS: That's not true. ok so....

Why did Corey Briggs think she is such a credible witness now when he knew her firsthand to say things that are not true as shown in this transcript?
