She was a friend. Nothing that will happen can ever “make things all better,” but I do hope that the Crowe family is able to find some peace with this most recent settlement, and that her killer is brought to justice. Also, I hope that all who knew her don't allow the horrible nature of her death to overshadow how well she lived the 12 years she was given. She truly was a remarkably thoughtful and kind person and I was privileged to know her for the short time I did.
