In our everyday life, safety is what we're all praying for. There are times that we really can't predict what is going to happen, that's why we're always wishing for our safety and our family's as well. The Carnival Splendor was dead in the water off the coast of Baja, California Monday following an engine room flames. I found this here: <a title="Carnival Splendor fire sets cruise ship adrift off Baja, Calif."href="http://personalmoneystore.com/moneyblog/2010/11/09/carnival-splendor-fire/">Carnival Splendor fire sets cruise ship adrift off Baja, Calif.</a> The Carnival Splendor flames cut all ship's power. The vessel was becalmed with no air conditioning, hot meals, toilets or telephones. Until a fleet of tugs arrives, perhaps by Tues afternoon, the U.S. Coast Guard and aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan were standing by.
