Our cat seems to be bulimic! We have two, a 7 year old femaile and a 5 year old male. The male eats as if he's paniced and vomits afterwards. We tried dry food and soft food. Natural Balance, Natures Variety, Taste of the wild . . . nothing seems to work. We tried "free feeding" him (all day access) and controlling his portions. Our vet things he's gorging because he's food competitive, but even with free feeding, he makes himself sick. Does this seem like a food allergy problem, a food quality issue, or a competitive eating (psychological) issue?
