Officials Dispatched To Gulf As Oil Spill Worries Grow

BP must be one of the single largest polluters in the modern world. They seem to have a new oil spill every other month.

Film Club of the Air: 'Exit Through The Gift Shop' 'Kick-Ass' 'Please Give'

Enjoyed yesterday's show very much, as always. I wanted to comment, however, on the difference between a Woody Allen film and a Nicole H. (spelling?) film, and the answer is romance, and love. These two are in short supply in NIcole H. films...I hope this changes with Please Give. The couples in Friends With Money were either openly hostile to each other or completely indifferent to one another...which makes for slightly boring, monotonous filmmaking. Nicole makes humorous, thought provoking films, which I appreciate very much, but is nowhere near the level of Woody Allen. I grimaced when that comparison was brought up. Otherwise, great show..love your work Beth! Wish I had your job.........
