Did any "average" customer out there received anything near a $71.00 credit on their October bill? I would certainly consider myself and "average" customer paying anywhere from $80.00 to $210.00 a month on my bill. I believe my credit was $18.62.
I'm curious if anyone received the estimated $71.00?
