This is a sad day for public radio. Music through the Night was both beautiful and educational. We Implore you to return the classical music, as this is something sorely lacking in San Diego. What was so wonderful about this programming was that it wasn't simply classical music. The commentary was enlightening and interesting. The arts are always the first to be cut and our family is disappointed that kpbs falls in line with the status quo. HD radio is not a feasible investment for our family - with expensive costs and poor signal strength. Having a computer in every room in our home in order to avail ourselves of classical music streaming with spotty functionality is also not a realistic option. We are outraged and sickened that this island of fine arts in a sea of repetitive news programming is no longer available to the common family. You have all day for news, give us a break!
