I was very interested in this piece, as I have been on the other pieces you have done on the UCs and CSUs. However, I would like to see you devote the same time and resources to the effects the budget cuts are having on California's 110 community colleges, which serve over 100,000 students statewide. Perhaps you could focus on the eight in San Diego County, with guests like Constance Carroll, Chancellor of the three-college San Diego Community College District, as well as students effected by the cuts on both the academic and vocational/technical sides. The two-year colleges need the same kind of help your pieces provide to the four-year colleges in bringing this really huge problem to the public's attention. Please help. Thank you.
