You do know how science works, right? That's 72mg PER LITER. That means you'd have to somehow consume an entire liter of liquid to get 72 mg of nicotine. Further, most vape shops don't sell any higher than 24mg/L or 2.4%. Some sell 36mg/L or 3.6%, but they are pretty rare.
