IRMA COTA: My name is Irma Cota, I'm the President and CEO of North County Health Services, a non-profit organization providing health and dental services to people in Northern San Diego county. We employ over five hundred individuals and provide services through eleven locations. One of the reasons North County Health Services has grown over the years is because of the growth of the uninsured. I often hear the question do you have real doctors there, and the answer is absolutely. It would not be Women's History Month without me not remembering my mother.
