PIERRE HABIS: Hello, I'm Pierre Habis of Union Bank. Diversity is one of our most closely held values. This is why we're proud to honor Local Heroes in celebration of Women's History Month. Let's meet one of our honorees. MICHELLE HOULE: My name is Michelle Houle and I am a teacher at Lindsay Community School in San Diego. The Lindsay Community School is a high school for expectant and parenting teenagers, and it is also an early childhood education center. We supplement the rigorous academic curriculum with the additional skills that these young women need to take into the rest of their lives. Small investments in programs like this pay incredible dividends. These people will be able to contribute so much more to society, and to be able to share that with them is a beautiful thing.
