Imagine Marion Ross and Paul Michael as Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee. That gives you an idea of what "Celebrity Autobiography" is all about. The Old Globe puts its own stamp on this inspired event with an all-star cast of Globe favorites and a couple of new all-stars too! You won’t want to miss this one-night-only event that everyone will be talking about!

"Celebrity Autobiography" features a first rate comedic ensemble performing from the actual memoirs of a wide range of celebrities. The passages run the gamut from the “poetry” of Suzanne Somers to the shocking “romance tips” of Tommy Lee to the most famous Hollywood love triangle in history — Elizabeth Taylor, Debbie Reynolds and Eddie Fisher.

And what’s remarkable and unforgettably hilarious: it’s all in their own words. Running for three sold-out years in New York and at sold-out productions in London and Los Angeles, "Celebrity Autobiography" recently won a 2009 Drama Desk Award. The show has been one of the most critically acclaimed productions ever in the New York theatre scene and is one of the most buzzed about shows of recent years.

Location: Old Globe Theater at 1363 Old Globe Way, San Diego, CA 92101. Google Map.
