Bard Under The Dome: Random Acts Of Shakespeare

Celebrate the opening of the New Central Library on Monday September 30th, 2013 with the immortal words and insights of the greatest writer in the English language.

San Diego Shakespeare Society performers and special guests (including author, U-T columnist, and founding co-host of KPBS’ "A Way With Words," Richard Lederer) will perform soliloquies, sonnets and monologues in the spectacular three-story 8th Floor Reading Room under the iconic dome of the new library. Performances at 12:30, 3:00, and 7:00 pm.

Additionally on Monday, Under the Dome presentations will include the St.Crispin's Day speech of Henry V. in full armor. Henry will be portrayed by member Scott Farrell who is also Director of Education, Chivalry Today.
