Marriott Marquis’ award-winning restaurant Marina Kitchen and visionary Chef Aron Schwartz are proud to announce their Independence Day Picnic-Style Buffet on July 4, 2016 from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. with a variety of classic Americana options, all with a modern twist.

The July 4 menu features everything from watermelon and blue cheese salad to Jidori fried chicken and a 12-hour beef brisket with white cheddar mac-n-cheese as well as delectable desserts including peach crisp and strawberry shortcake. The menu is priced at $36 per adult and $12 per child with kid-friendly options such as hamburgers, hotdogs and corn on the cob.

Taking place at the hotel’s idyllic location, guests can enjoy a great vantage point to view the annual “Big Bay Boom” fireworks and Star Spangled Pops concert produced by the San Diego Symphony. To complement the experience, poolside cabana rental is available at Marriott Marquis’ tropical free-form pool and live music will be flowing all day long at the hotel’s famed Tequila Bar.
