Veteran performers and workshop instructors Janet Beazley and Chris Stuart teach their popular introductory class in Bluegrass style three-part harmony singing. This fun and friendly group class is appropriate for beginners and for more experienced singers who want to improve their harmonizing skills. Participants will work on learning harmony parts by ear, arranging the trio stack, harmonizing in duos, trios and quartets, as well as give tips on how to refine vocal blend, intonation and phrasing.

While Bluegrass trio singing is the focus of this class, these harmonizing skills can be applied to any style of song where tight trio harmony is appropriate: old time, folk, country, pop, rock, jazz, hymns and traditional holiday songs.

Dates and times of events are subject to change without notice. Always check the event organizer's website for the most updated schedule before attending. Check local COVID-19 restrictions and updates.
