This month, March 20, 2016, marks the Spring Equinox, after which the hours of daylight will get longer as we approach summer. Did you ever wonder what causes the seasons? Is Earth the only planet with seasons? Join us to find out. Our popular monthly live planetarium show of the San Diego sky reaches a new level of stunning full-color visuals and incredibly realistic simulations of cosmic phenomena with our state-of-the-art digital projection system. A professional astronomer leads backyard stargazers through the universe. The San Diego County Astronomy Association provides free telescope viewing outdoors on the Prado in Balboa Park, weather and operational requirements permitting. 7 p.m. and 8:15 p.m.
