Antiquarian bookstore owner Stan Katz will discuss his discovery of papers, photos and documents once owned by Colonel Mashbir, an American Spy, that led to his research and debut novel, "The Emperor and the Spy." It is a story of two unsung heroes who risked everything in attempt to prevent Japan from entering WWII.
