Valentine’s Day Dinner At Marina Kitchen

In celebration of Valentine’s Day, award-winning Chef Aron Schwartz has curated a special menu for Marina Kitchen, which is located at Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina.

For $55 per person and available from 5:30-10 p.m. on February 14, the menu offers three courses and includes a champagne toast!

Options include lobster tamale (with purslane, creme, bacon jalapeno jam) and Brandt beef prime short rib (with oyster cornbread stuffing, citrus bbq sauce) and, for dessert, Valrhona milk chocolate bombe!

Wine pairing for each course is available for an additional $29.

In honor of the romantic evening, jazz duo Lorraine and Gilbert Castellanos will be performing!
