Join the Fleet's Curator of Impossible Science, Jason Latimer, as he hosts our 4th annual Impossible Science Festival, taking place at the Fleet Science Center!

What You'll Experience:
- Learn how to make objects invisible.
- Experience virtual reality and what it's like to walk on a construction girder!
- Explore levitation.

All of the festival fun is included in Fleet admission (along with all of the Fleet's regular interactive exhibits, plus the IMAX film of your choice or Jason's show).

The Impossible Science Festival is a unique, hands-on, interactive event that explores the science behind the seemingly impossible. Visitors will have the opportunity to learn how to turn objects invisible, explore levitation, play with the science of mind control, discover impossible figures and even experience virtual reality.

This event will examine the question "what is possible?" and use visual and interactive experiences to show how the seemingly impossible can become possible through curiosity and knowledge.

"The goal of the Impossible Science Festival is to promote education through curiosity," said Jason Latimer, host and designer of the Impossible Science Festival. "By exploring subjects that seem impossible but showing how they can be made possible through science, visitors will have a memorable, hands-on learning experience that will blow their minds!"

In conjunction with the Impossible Science Festival, the Fleet Science Center welcomes the return of Jason Latimer’s science and magic show!

The magic is back at the Fleet! Jason Latimer, curator of impossible science for the fleet, world champion of magic, host of "SciJinks" on Science Channel and judge on Syfy Channel’s magic competition, "Wizard Wars," returns to the Heikoff Giant Dome Theater with a special limited-engagement performance of "Impossible Science Live"!

This incredible stage show, held in conjunction with the Fleet’s 4th annual Impossible Science Festival, combines Jason’s jaw-dropping illusions with physics, psychology, chemistry, mathematics and technology. Witness light being bent, water being shaped and countless other illusions, all rooted in applied science, in this enlightening and entertaining family-friendly show that will leave you questioning everything.
