'I Am Cuba' Film Screening

I am Cuba is a Soviet propaganda film that has been rediscovered and restored in the 1990s, with the support of Martin Scorsese and Francis Ford Coppola, due to the startling lyricism of its cinematography.

(Cuba, 1964) Not rated, recommended for mature audiences.

This film is presented as a part of the Latin American Film Series, a series of five films that bring to life characters, stories, issues, and themes portrayed or evoked in "Modern Masters from Latin America: The Pérez Simón Collection."

$10 general admission / $7.50 seniors and military / $5 members and students

Show your film screening ticket for free museum admission during Art After Hours from 5 –8 p.m. The screening will be held in the James S. Copley Auditorium at the San Diego Museum of Art.
