February is grape harvest time across Peru and South America, when vines yield grapes that will be transformed into wine, as well as Peru’s world-famous spirit, Pisco. The season culminates in March with Fiesta de la Vendimia, when locals and tourists celebrate the fruits of harvesting efforts!

Fiesta de la Vendimia has been celebrated in Peru since 1958, and Pisco Rotisserie & Cevicheria is bringing the celebration to SoCal!

Join Sami Ladeki and Chef/Partner Emmanuel Piqueras for a three-course educational pairing dinner filled with Peruvian cuisine, wine and cocktail pairings in celebration of the harvest season.

This private pairing dinner hosted by Chef Emmanuel Piqueras and his friends at BarSol Pisco will take place on March 14 in Point Loma and March 15 in Carlsbad.
