The Oceanside Public Library is proud to host the fifth Big Read program in Oceanside!

An initiative of the National Endowment for the Arts in partnership with Arts Midwest, the NEA Big Read broadens our understanding of our world, our communities and ourselves through the joy of sharing a good book.

Sip, nosh and mingle with artist and fellow art lovers as we celebrate the kickoff of the Big Read with the opening of Artifacts, "Survival is Insufficient" and The Museum of Civilization. All three exhibitions are based on themes from the novel, "Station Eleven." A limited number free copies of the novel will be available at the reception.
