Join us for a demo of actual Bokashi fermented food waste (FFW) compost, a Bokashi compost bin build and setup that will integrate waste collected from Solana Center's Community Composting program, and how to create potting soil from Bokashi.

Bokashi bran and all related composting supplies will be available for sale at the workshop.
