Learn and understand how wild yeast works, the difference between Poolish, Biga and other old fashion leavin culture.

Student will learn how to make their own sourdough starter, sample sourdough bread and learn how to use their discarded / left over sourdough for baking a cake.

This is an educational and informational class.

Every student goes home goes home with:
- a sourdough starter culture
- detailed instructions on how take care of it.
