"Representations of the Civil Rights Movement and Black Lives Matter in Comics," an exhibit by Pamela Jackson, explores both the historic and ongoing struggle for African American political rights, social justice and equality as reflected in graphic narrative.

Located at San Diego State University Library - in the Research Services entryway, 1st Floor of Library Addition (under the dome).

This event is part of our programming for this year's One Book, One San Diego where we will explore themes of civil rights, social justice, and discrimination.
