Are we sacrificing too much to increase affordable housing? On Monday's Full Focus, we'll explore the incentives for developers being weighed by the San Diego City Council. The issue goes right to the heart of what San Diego should look like -- and who gets to live here.  Density bonuses would let developers ignore some rules on residential construction, as long as they agree to designate a certain percentage for affordable housing.
