President Bush on Monday will get an updated report on the U.S. military strategy in Iraq by Gen. David Petraeus, the top U.S. commander in Iraq. Petraeus' briefing will form the basis of his testimony before Congress next month. The U.S. top commander is expected to tell President Bush that he wants a pause in the drawdown of U.S. forces in Iraq in late summer.
