Rolling Stone Magazine ranked him #23 in its "100 Greatest Guitarists of All Time." These many years later, Buddy Guy remains a genuine American treasure and one of the final surviving connections to an historic era in the country’s musical evolution. Whether your visit includes a waterfront walk, a bite & drink from one of the great restaurants or market, or a bit of fun shopping, San Diego Craft Collective will always have a free, family-friendly craft for kids that evening from 5-6 p.m. Each month the craft changes, so pop in while you're visiting and get crafty! June's Craft: Crafting with Leather This project is great for children of all ages. Young children may need help from an adult. From 4-7 p.m., we'll also be hosting an Open House with special guest: Lumbercycle. We'll be milling urban trees on site!   • Live performance by London West End stage star, Dean Chisnall. Dean Chisnall recently concluded his run as Jean Valjean in the London West End production of "Les Misérables" at the Sondheim Theater and performed the lead role in two separate UK & Ireland tours. For five years, the actor portrayed Shrek on the West End stage and the UK & Ireland tour. Other West End and international theater credits include "The Woman In White", "Never Forget", "Blood Brothers", "Mama Mia!", "Evita", "Cinderella", and "La Cage aux Folles". He has a variety of television, recording and concert credits to his name. He serves as Actor-in-Residence at the Charter House School, Godalming, England. Afternoon event will also include a Q&A session with Mr. Chisnall and an ensemble performances with the Steele Canyon High School theatre and music students.
