The decreasing prices stem from Gov. Gavin Newsom sending a letter to the California Air Resources Board late last Thursday directing it to allow refineries to begin making and distributing winter-blend gasoline, which is cheaper to produce.

The first property tax installment is due Nov. 1 and becomes delinquent after Dec. 10. The second installment is due Feb. 1, 2024 and becomes delinquent after April 11, 2024.

An estimated 75,000 Kaiser workers were taking part in the strike, according to the Coalition of Kaiser Permanente Unions.
