Advocates say Mayor Gloria’s revised budget fails to fix all 'fatal 15' intersections

Road safety advocates rallied today calling for improvements to protect pedestrians and cyclists at San Diego’s deadliest intersections. KPBS reporter Katie Anastas spoke to a woman whose husband was killed at one of them.
