Fifteen-year-old Student Dies from Meningitis

Tom Fudge: County health officials yesterday announced that a 15-year-old girl in North County has died of Meningitis. The girl was a student at Canyon Crest Academy. Her death has raised questions about whether others may have been infected by the deadly, contagious illness.
