KPBS Community Reporter
This reporting role is instrumental in documenting the challenges specific to City Heights, the most ethnically diverse community in San Diego, and the work being done to address them. Join our team and help us reach beyond neighborhood borders to spark a dialogue among all San Diego communities about our shared policies and, potentially, shared solutions. This position is open until filled with first review of resumes beginning September 3, 2019.

KPBS News Editor (Temporary)
Lead our team in accountability-driven coverage, with a mix of thought-provoking stories as well as fresh explainers that teach our audience something new. This position is being filled on a temporary basis with an expected end date of October 31, 2019.

Audience Services Assistant - Our Audience Services department is looking for individuals with great customer service and phone etiquette skills, attentive to details, and experience with a variety of Internet, database and research tools. Must be available to work during school breaks.

​FM Operations/Programming Assistant - Assist our Radio Operations and Podcast team with tracking program analytics, producing promos, developing content for social media, and keeping on top of clerical duties. Must have knowledge of AP style.

Member Services Assistant - Support our Membership department with preparing materials for the Member Benefit Welcome Package sent to KPBS donors, data entry, and other clerical duties. Strong organizational, communication and writing skills required.

Mailroom Assistant - Assist our team with internal and external mail services to assure all KPBS departments receive mail and packages in a timely manner. Must possess basic mathematical skills, generally addition and subtracting functions, for calculating package weight for all shipping carriers.

On-Air Fundraising Assistant - Join our On-Air Fundraising team for an opportunity to assist with TV/Radio production of our pledge events, pledge event setup, talent coordination, and various administrative duties. Previous clerical and MS Office software experience preferred.
