The General Assignment reporter for North County covers news of local relevance and often national significance across all KPBS beats, as directed. This position is open until 1/20/20 @ 4pm at which time applicants will be reviewed.

Freelancer - Video Production Services
KPBS is looking for as-needed production specialists with experience areas such as Edit Assist, Camera, Prompter, Tape, TD, Studio Set Prep and Construction, Grip, Chyron, Graphics, Audio, Clip Player, and Video Shading. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work in a related field required.

TV Programming Assistant - This position offers hands-on experience in our dynamic Programming department. Strong verbal and written communication skills, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to successfully collaborate and communicate with other departments, management, and outside vendors/contacts are required.

Development Assistant - Our Development team is looking for a detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support, meeting and event coordination, and more. Strong verbal and written communication skills and exceptional interpersonal skills required. Must be available to work during school breaks.

Mailroom Assistant - Assist our team with internal and external mail services to assure all KPBS departments receive mail and packages in a timely manner. Must possess basic mathematical skills, generally addition and subtracting functions, for calculating package weight for all shipping carriers.
