A moderate 5.3-magnitude earthquake, previously reported as a 5.5, was recorded near Guadalupe Victoria in Baja California today at 9:44 a.m. The quake was the latest in a string of aftershocks related to Sunday's 7.2-magnitude earthquake to shake the region, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

No incidents of damage or injury have been reported.
