Grass Fire Burns 3 Acres Near Safari Park

Crews are working to extinguish a roughly three-acre grass fire just east of the San Diego Zoo Safari Park in the San Pasqual area, near Escondido, according to Cal Fire.
The blaze is burning uphill through an open area, pushed by shifting winds. No structures are threatened, according to a spokeswoman for the state agency.
