Tom Fudge: Anybody who’s struggled to work a full-time job and prepare for Christmas knows that the holidays can be a hectic, stressful time. It can also be a lonely time for elderly people or people who are away from family. And the long periods of darkness, at this time of year, don’t help the situation. The result is something we’ve come to call The Holiday Blues.
