Tom Fudge: KPBS has seen many changes in its 47-year history. And yesterday some more changes came to the station. KPBS cancelled two of its locally produced shows. One, A Way with Words , explored the English language every week. The other, Full Focus , has been a public affairs and news program, airing every weekday on KPBS TV. What's behind this move by KPBS?
