COOK'S COUNTRY FROM AMERICA'S TEST KITCHEN features the best regional home cooking from across the country. The series, like the successful Cook’s Country magazine, approaches food in the same practical, no-nonsense way. In a renovated 1806 farmhouse, the cast scientifically re-imagines family-friendly recipes for the modern home cook.

Cooking 101

These comprehensive cooking guides will teach you the core techniques behind classic American dishes. You will also learn what equipment and which ingredients are absolutely essential in the preparation of these classic recipes.
