On almost every major issue facing the City of San Diego, Mike Aguirre has been involved in it. Lately, the controversial city attorney has focused his attention on negotiations with the Chargers. He’s tried to negotiate a settlement of a lawsuit over ticketing homeless people who sleep on the street.
