Contemporary Ensemble NOISE Performs in Studio

Alison St John (Guest Host): A group of unconventional San Diego musicians will launch a festival of new music in La Jolla next week. The festival is called soundON and it's attracting musicians and composers of new music from all over the country and abroad.

The group is called Noise, a provocative name that straight away challenges your preconceptions about what music should be.

NOISE will hold their first festival of new music beginning next week. It's called the soundON Festival of Modern Music and it runs from June 13th-16th at the Anthenaeum Music and Arts Library in La Jolla.
