Tom Fudge: About a week ago, I was walking around my neighborhood in San Diego, and I saw a flowering bush covered with moths: big ones. They had these black stripes moving across their wings and bodies. Alright, you don't care. But what I saw was part of a natural phenomenon that's related to the rains of winter, and the timing of the rains.
