SDG&E Struggles to Provide Alternative Energy

Alan Ray : For San Diego Gas & Electric, it almost seems like a case of  the faster they go, the more behind they get.

Six years ago, the State of California set a deadline requiring the state's utilities to get more of their energy from renewable resources, and to meet the target by 2010, or face fines for the failure.
