Imperial Valley Hit Hard by Nation's Economic Problems

Tom Fudge: The bad economy is tough on everyone. But it's especially tough on the Imperial Valley, which very often has the highest unemployment rate in the State of California. The City of El Centro just received the dubious distinction of having the fifth highest percentage, in the country, of home owners who owe more, on their homes, than their homes are worth. The struggle to cope with tough economic times is our top story in today's Imperial Valley Update.
